About At Your Feet
Are you tired of authoritative pushy dog trainers? Us too! Dog training is an unregulated industry, which means you do not need to have any real world experience or credentials to be a dog trainer. I know, it’s scary.
At Your Feet is owned and operated by Nikki Johnson, a certified canine behaviorist. Our crew are behavioral trainers or apprentices with years of experience. For us education is a way of life, not a static goal.
We’ll focus on finding the perfect technique for your unique dog and ways to make it a game. Now let’s get to the fun part and train your dog!

Certified in: Canine behavior, canine rehabilitation, advanced first aid, emergency preparedness, bloat, dementia & CPR.
Specialized fields: My experience includes working with fear-based aggression, PTSD service dogs, and canine-to-human body language communication, as well as facilitating rescue dog adoptions. I’ve spent time in grooming salons with a special focus on preparing rescue dogs for adoption, helping them look and feel their best for potential families. In addition, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant and completed coursework in canine nutrition, further deepening my understanding of dogs' physical and emotional well-being.
